Egoo Invest (“we,” “our”) operates the MarketAlerts app and related services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account data: email address, username, and password (stored securely).
• Usage data: watchlist symbols, alert rules, chat sessions, and preferences to provide the service.
• Device data: device token for push notifications (if you enable alerts), and standard technical data necessary to run the app.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the MarketAlerts app (stock screening, discover feed, alerts, chat).
• Send you push notifications you opt into (e.g. price alerts).
• Respond to support or feedback requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Data sharing

We may share data only as follows:

• Service providers: Hosting and infrastructure (e.g. cloud providers) that process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• Legal: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Any third party that receives your data must protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and usage data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

To delete your account and data: In the MarketAlerts app, go to Account → Profile → Close Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data (alerts, watchlist, chat history, etc.).

You may also revoke consent or request deletion by contacting us (see Contact below). We will process requests in line with applicable law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including encryption and secure storage) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we strive to protect your information to the best of our ability.

6. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
