If you cannot access the app, email us at bs.bk.messenger@gmail.com.

Please include: your device model, iOS version, app version, and steps to reproduce the issue.

Privacy and data requests

For privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact us via Report Bug / Feedback in the app.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and data from the app: Account → Profile → Close Account.
